Job summary

La Farm Bakery is seeking a dedicated team member for a dishwashing/porter role. You will clean and sanitize dishes, assist in maintaining a clean dining area, and support delivery receiving and garbage disposal to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have dishwashing experience and a collaborative, proactive attitude. Spanish fluency is preferred. This position emphasizes health and sanitation compliance and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Porter: Maintain flow of work with clearing dining room bus bins. Receive and put away delivery orders. Dispose of garbage. Break down boxes.

Essential Duties:

Other Essential Duties:

• Operations Systems & Procedures
• Complete open and close checklists.
• Complete checks, for example, check dining room every 15 minutes.
• Tray chips correctly.
• Receive orders, and place, label, date orders accurately.
• Set up the next shift for success.
• Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
• Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.
• Uphold company standards and policies for open/closed.
• Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.

• One year of dishwashing experience.

• Spanish fluency preferred.

Essential Physical Demands:

• Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
