Job summary

Jubitz-Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time dishwasher to maintain hygiene of all restaurant dishes and keep the kitchen area organized and efficient. You will scrub, rinse, and load the dishwasher, ensure clean dishes are available for staff, and support salad bar stocking during your shift.

Strong sanitation knowledge, ability to read safety procedures, and basic math are required, plus English proficiency and a valid Oregon Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of related dishwashing experience is highly desired; food prep experience is a plus!
• Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of employment.
• Overall knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety procedures and food handling required.
• Ability to speak in English is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
