Position Summary

Dishwashers are responsible for cleanliness and organization of the dish area.

Essential Functions

• Must be available 20+ hours weekly; must be available to work holidays, weekends, and nights when needed.
• On‑site work required.
• Have a neat and clean uniform at all times.
• Responsible for general cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwasher area, sweep, mop, and general cleaning.
• Maintain daily inventory on dishwashing supplies.
• Properly put away all clean china, and keep the china organized.
• Follow direction of senior kitchen management, sous chef, executive chef, banquet chef.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good attitude.
• Prior experience preferred.

Additional Job Duties

• Flexible work schedule.
• Able to work weekend and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand continuously for the duration of the shift (eight hours).
• Ability to lift small packages (under 40 pounds).
