Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as dishes, cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Set up daily prep and organize the workstation.
2. Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and all ware washing set-up.
3. Dispose of all food waste, empty trash receptacles, and break down boxes and larger containers for disposal.
4. Sweep and mop all kitchen floors as directed.
5. Prepare and store all food items necessary for kitchen operations, adhering to quality standards.
6. Assist in receiving and procurement of kitchen goods following safety and sanitation procedures.
7. Communicate with Chef(s) regarding special products needed or equipment issues.
8. Assist team members, Members, and guests to ensure excellent service and team environment.

About You

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable.
• High school diploma preferred.
