Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly emptying trash and cleaning prep areas.
• Utensil and Equipment Sorting: Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for easy access by staff.
• Assist Kitchen Team: Support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including handling cleaning agents.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and report shortages or issues with dishwashing supplies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
