True Food Kitchen is hiring a dishwasher at our Phoenix location. You will operate the dish machine, wash and rotate ware, and help keep the kitchen clean and ready for service.

No prior dishwasher experience is required, but reliability and a positive attitude help. We offer flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts with part-time or full-time schedules and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
