Gator's Dockside Baldwin Park team is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support a fast-paced culinary environment. You will operate the industrial dishwasher, keep the dish pit clean, and assist the kitchen staff during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Stack clean dishes and place them on the cook line.

• Provide assistance to kitchen staff when needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
