Gator's Dockside Lake Mary is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join its fast-paced kitchen team. You will operate the industrial dishwasher, stack clean dishes, and support the cooks during opening and closing duties.

No prior experience is required as training is available. This role includes health insurance, a strict dress code, and nightly tips, with a family-friendly, community-focused workplace environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in hot, humid environments and on your feet for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Stack clean dishes and place them on the cook line.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Clean, detail, and sanitize the dish pit.
• Follow sanitation policies at all times.
• Provide assistance to the kitchen staff when needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Sweep and mop spills during your shift.
