Job summary

High Hampton Inn is seeking a dishwasher to support world-class kitchens in a fast-paced environment. This behind-the-scenes role ensures all dishware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and ready for service. The position offers a starting pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience, and may lead to upward growth.

Weekend and holiday flexibility is required. Candidates should have a High School Diploma preferred, good communication, basic math, and the ability to lift

• Assists Waitstaff with glass storage.
• Maintains plate cabinets and pantry in an orderly fashion.
• Empties trash and recycling bins.
• Scrubs floors daily.

Job description

Pay Range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

High Hampton is looking for individuals that enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment.

This behind-the-scenes position is essential for our world-class kitchens to operate.

Dishwashers will be responsible for washing all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and any other tools used by the front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Opportunities to learn cooking preparation methods while working alongside our talented team of chefs and cooks. This position has the potential for upward growth throughout our kitchen.

Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for washing, drying, and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots
• Sweeps and mops upon arrival
• Lays down kitchen mats
• Operates and maintains the dish machine
• Assists Waitstaff with glass storage
• Maintains plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
