6AM City, LLC in Clemmons, NC is seeking dependable, hardworking Dishwashers to join our fast-paced steakhouse. You will wash, sanitize, store, and support kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

Evening shifts only; weekend and holiday availability is required. Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required, as we value reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room throughout the shift.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to restaurant procedures.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, keeping all work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, shelving, storage areas, walk-in coolers, and prep stations.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and utensils to designated kitchen areas.
• Support kitchen staff by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment during peak service times.
• Follow all health department regulations and restaurant sanitation standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Perform additional cleaning and closing duties as assigned.
