Job Title: Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. The role also involves janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room, Bistro, and other related spaces. The Dishwasher must handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
