Job Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. This role also involves janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room, Bistro, and other related spaces. The Dishwasher ensures all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and standards, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
