Job summary

Deepwell is the newest full-service restaurant from the Kindred Hospitality group, opening in Mooresville. We are hiring reliable dishwashers to support a fast-paced back-of-house team and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with starting pay at $16/hr plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within a multi-location restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Previous dish or kitchen experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and ensure a steady supply of clean items throughout service
• Properly store and stack clean dishware and equipment
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and drains
• Follow all health department and food safety guidelines for sanitation
• Communicate with kitchen staff to anticipate needs during high-volume service
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a fast-paced, organized workflow
• Work collaboratively as part of a team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts

Position Summary

We're hiring reliable, hardworking dishwashers to join our back-of-house team as we open Deepwell — the newest full-service restaurant from the Kindred Hospitality group. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment suited to team members who take pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.

About Us

Deepwell is an upscale casual restaurant and part of a growing local restaurant group, with several other restaurants in the area owned by Joe & Katy Kindred. Our culinary team has earned five James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef: Southeast along with other national and local accolades. We want to continue to grow and push the boundaries of food and teamwork.
