Job summary

Dial Senior Living in Monument, CO is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to operate the dishwashing station, maintain sanitation, and support kitchen staff. You will hand wash items not suitable for the machine and keep the kitchen tidy for a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with prep, restocking, and providing friendly resident service while upholding health and safety standards. This role offers part-time hours and benefits as detailed by the employer.

Qualifications

• Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware.
• Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Store items in their proper spot and maintain a tidy kitchen.
• Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions or requires maintenance.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, item restock, or delivery of clean items when needed.

• Bus tables during and after meals and clear tables when residents are finished eating, as requested.

Education, Experience and Other Requirements

• Must be age 16 or older
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations
• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Working 3-3.75 hours per shift standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down

• Some experience in food cleanup or preparation is preferred
