Job summary

The Hilton Milwaukee is hiring a dedicated Part-Time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will operate and maintain the dish machine, clean dishes, unload and store ware, and help keep the dish area tidy.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The pay rate is $16.94 per hour, with union benefits, free meals, parking, and generous discounts at Marcus Hotels & Resorts properties. Join a historic property known for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload, stack, and store clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen; empty garbage cans and general cleaning.
• Sweep, mop, dry floors, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bussing stations for events and handle additional duties.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
