Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts in downtown Milwaukee seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and guest experience during a major renovation. You will operate the dish machine, clean dishes, and help maintain a tidy kitchen, including waste handling and equipment movement.

The role offers nights and weekend shifts, hourly pay of $16.94, and union status with employee benefits and growth opportunities within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
