Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Dishwasher for the Hilton Milwaukee in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports kitchen operations by cleaning dishes, maintaining the dish area, and assisting with general cleaning tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position is hourly, union-supported, with shift availability on nights and weekends. It includes benefits such as meal per shift, discounts, and eligibility for health coverage after a probation period.

• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
