Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts in Milwaukee, Hilton Milwaukee, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for. You will operate the dish machine, unload and stack clean wares, maintain the dish area, and assist with cleaning tasks and setup for events and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work second shift and adapt tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload, stack, and store clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including garbage and general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service and assist with additional duties as assigned.

What you will be doing:

What we are looking for:

• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.
• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
