Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Kitchen Dishwasher/Utility team member to maintain cleanliness of dish areas, load and operate dishwashing equipment, and ensure timely service.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for long periods, and follow safety procedures while supporting BOH and FOH staff to deliver a clean and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify dish machine is functioning and chemical levels maintained.
• Scrape and rinse dishes, load and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, glassware, and dishware.
• Clean pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand using warewashing procedures.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and surrounding spaces.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and timely service.
• Clean, sanitize, and mop kitchen and restaurant areas as directed.
• Work with BOH and FOH teams in a fast-paced environment.

PurposeTo maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware in order to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
