Job summary

Franciscan Villag is seeking a part-time Dishwasher-Utility to support daily dining services. The role requires basic high school education and ServSafe if needed, with a preference for 1+ years in a kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas and dining spaces, handling dishwashing, sanitation, and general upkeep, while complying with all policies. The shift is 4 PM to 8 PM, with duties across foodservice operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification if required.
• Experience: none required; 1+ years preferred.

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
