Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Lee's Summit, Missouri seeks a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen spotless and ensure smooth service.

You will join a team focused on cleanliness, reliability, and pride in hospitality, with benefits including discounts, health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools during the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
