Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely. You will clean and restock dishes, support light prep, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment for guests and teammates.

We value a strong work ethic, the ability to follow clean procedures, and teamwork across shifts. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within a dynamic wine-and-dine concept.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift by setting up a clean, organized dish area.
• Wash, restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage to the dumpster or designated area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate needs.

• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
