Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishes clean and the kitchen stocked, enabling smooth service and memorable meals. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain an orderly, safe work area and support light prep when needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with restaurant experience preferred, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean, organized dish area at the start of shift.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage and packaging to proper area.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to move supplies as needed.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate needs.

• Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
• Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists

• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe

What You Will Bring
