Job summary

Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils and small wares, and to support the kitchen during every shift with prompt, sanitary service.

You will work as part of a team, follow safety and sanitation standards, assist in training new team members when needed, and help keep the restaurant environment neat, safe and guest-ready at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchen dishwashing or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

As America’s Sports Restaurant, Boston’s brings the community together for sports events, birthdays, family reunions, coworker happy hours, fundraisers and more.

Summary of Position

Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all dishes, small wares and cutlery during the shift, as well as the general cleanliness of the work area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Affairs

• May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential traits for our team.
• Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Other duties as required.

Guest Experience

• Responsible for ensuring dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for guests while dining with us.
• May be responsible for cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitary for guest use.

Safety & Sanitation

• The health and safety of our guests is a priority; cleanliness of the inside and outside of the restaurant must be adhered to in accordance with BPR and local health department expectations.
• Proper practices must be in place to ensure food safety. This includes controlling time and temperature throughout the flow of food, practicing good personal hygiene and preventing cross‑contamination.
• Proper labeling, dating, rotation and adherence to shelf‑life standards is mandatory.
• Proper checklists and cleaning schedules are followed to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Maintains the dish machine and equipment according to the cleaning and maintenance schedules.
