Job summary

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is seeking a Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team in Kailua, HI. This full-time/part-time position offers $17-$18 per hour plus tips and DailyPay access, with benefits including shift meals and employee discounts.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes and equipment, assisting with food prep, maintaining sanitation, and supporting a fast-paced kitchen. Prior dishwasher experience is preferred and reliability is expected.

Qualifications

• Some dishwasher experience preferred
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
• Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
• Additional $1-$3 per hour in tips (dependent on shift & sales)
• Early access to wages through DailyPay
