You will support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handle sanitation, and help with opening/closing duties as needed. No experience is required, but reliability and a strong work ethic are valued.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area and follow proper sanitation procedures
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning tasks
• Restock clean items to the appropriate stations to support kitchen and service teams
• Operate dish machines safely and report any maintenance issues
• Support opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
• Work efficiently to keep pace with high-volume service periods
