Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Dishwasher to join our restaurant team. This role supports kitchen operations by cleaning dishes to Food Safe standards and helping maintain a clean dish pit area, under supervision of the Operator and Leaders.

You will learn from experienced Operators, grow through in-house training, and benefit from a schedule that offers flexibility and a path toward professional development.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes to a clean, Food Safe standard
• Keep the dish pit area clean and dry with occasional floor attention
• Run the trash whale when it fills up
• Organize all dishes and wares and maintain the organizational systems
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
