Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while learning from experienced Operators and Leaders. The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know requirements for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
