Job Title: Dishwasher at Churchill Downs Incorporated

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
2. Keeping the dish area free of clutter and organized.
3. Setting up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
4. Maintaining clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
5. Properly washing, stacking, and storing china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
6. Changing water in machines as required and using chemical dilutions properly.
7. Assisting in the timely storage of food deliveries.
8. Maintaining trash cans during the shift and removing full trash and boxes at shift end.
9. Following posted daily dish cleaning duties.
10. Performing any other duties requested by the chef.
