Responsibilities

• Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring proper use of water and detergent.
• Deliver clean dishes to designated areas.
• Rinse bus buckets, clean, and dry pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes.
• Perform trash removal and general cleaning of the work area.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed.
• Assist cooks with prep work as required.
• Prepare the dishwashing machine daily, inspecting for damage and ensuring proper operation.
• Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately.
• Monitor dishwasher operation and report malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day.
