Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and flexibility to work scheduled events based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest sanitation standards for all items used in food service.
• Follow M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety, and beverage policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas clean and safe.
• Stock plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
