Overview

We are hiring a PM dishwasher for weeknights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes at a professional level using commercial quality washers.
• Unload cutlery and dishes brought to the kitchen by bussers.
• Load and organize items into trays for the washer.
• Wash larger pans and pots by hand when necessary.
• Assist with prep work.
• Take garbage and trash to dumpster area.
• Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.
• Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to speak and hear.
• Good close and distance vision.

• Be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
