Holiday Inn Fargo (Brandt) is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash pots, pans, and trays, keep surfaces clean, and help in stocking and transporting supplies.

The role requires you to stand for long periods, lift items, and work in a fast-paced environment. We value detail, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Washes pots, pans, and trays and polishes silver.
• Segregates and removes trash and places it in designated containers.
• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; restocks tools and supplies for the next shift.
• Walks the floors and picks up room service/bar trays.
• Maintains temperature logs; keeps walk-in cooler/freezer organized.
• Busses tables; assists in setting up banquet tables as needed.
• Helps line cook properly store, prep and date food.

Our dishwashers help carry out the exceptional dining experience our brand is known for by efficiently transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware. You will also assist in maintaining cleanly kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment. The ideal dishwasher cares about the details and is always willing to jump in to provide a helping hand wherever needed in the kitchen.
