Job Title: Dishwasher

The pay rate for this position is $13 - $15 / hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary

Responsible for thoroughly cleaning all dishes, silverware, and other items following Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

Essential Functions

1. Operate dish machine following proper procedures.
2. Clean and maintain designated equipment and areas.
3. Keep the dish room clean at all times.
4. Maintain sufficient supplies of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service.
5. Sweep and mop the dish room floor daily and empty the mop bucket.
6. De-lime the dish machine weekly.
7. Scrub and soak stained cups weekly.
8. Use chemicals carefully, following all safety instructions.
9. Follow cleaning schedules and use “clean as you go” techniques.
10. Communicate with management regarding supplies and products needed.
11. Adhere to the uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene.
12. Follow all Gold Standards and use Smile Plus hospitality principles.
13. Assist fellow team members whenever possible.
14. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Physical Demands
