The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves supporting a culture aligned with the company's values, serving as a guide to all team members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Create an operation that values Company standards of Guest Service.
• Ensure every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations to promote repeat business.

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
• Handle dishes efficiently, following safety standards, including sorting, rinsing, and shelving.
