True Food Kitchen in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch shifts. You will operate the dish machine, wash and rotate ware, and help maintain a clean, organized dish area.

Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for fast-paced service. This role offers flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts with part-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
