Peregrine Senior Living at Crossgate in Albany, NY is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Adhere to PSL infection control and safety procedures.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy.
• Keep the dish room neat and sanitary.

Dishwasher Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere

• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition

• Strictly adhere to PSL procedures regarding infection control, foodborne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, sanitization, promptly reporting any transgression to supervisor

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with PSL policy and procedures

• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner

Dishwasher Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum of 1 year working in food service industry preferred

• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
