Sixty Vines in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep plates, glassware and utensils spotless for service. You’ll help sustain the precision and pace of a busy kitchen, supporting chefs and cooks so every dish shines and every service feels seamless.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, cookware, and utensils throughout service.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitization of work areas.
• Support chefs and cooks by ensuring all tools are cleaned, dried, and returned to the proper stations.
• Handle dishware and glassware carefully, following safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain organization and stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
• Uphold the cleanliness and integrity of the kitchen.

COMPENSATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure andmaintaincomposure during peak hours.
• Maintain a valid Food Handler’sCertification in the state of New York
