Great Western Dining is hiring a Dishwasher at Neosho County Community College. The role involves keeping dishes clean, prepping dining areas, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have minimal experience, solid problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 pounds while following food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure clean dishes are available.
• Prepares dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen (coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.).
• Unloads and stores deliveries.
• Sweeps and mops floors, especially if items are broken or spilled.
• Takes out the trash and rinses garbage cans.
• Supports other staff by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Dishwasher

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
