Job summary

Hideout Steakhouse & BBQ in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll wash, sanitize, and store dishes, assist with basic prep, and support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

No prior restaurant experience required; we train motivated individuals. Candidates should be legally eligible to work in the United States and ready to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have (or obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Empty trash and recycling and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

As a Dishwasher at Hideout Steakhouse & BBQ, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. By maintaining clean dishes, cookware, equipment, and work areas, you’ll help ensure our kitchen team can deliver the exceptional food and service our guests expect. Every member of our team contributes to our success, and the Dishwasher is a vital part of that effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Physical Requirements
