Job summary

VPNE is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, supporting a fast-paced service environment. You will help ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and uphold high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include cleaning machines, unloading deliveries, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and following sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure availability of clean dishes.

• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures per local health regulations.
• Report kitchen accidents or food-safety violations.
• Support other restaurant staff by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

The D ishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. The dishwasher works closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen (coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers, etc.)
• Unload and store deliveries
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially if items are broken or spilled
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans
• Follow proper sanitation procedures per local health department regulations
• R eport kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
• Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
