Cornerstone Hospital is seeking a friendly Dietary Utility Associate to join our kitchen team in Bossier City. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and dining area, organizing deliveries, and supporting inventories.

You will work with day, evening, and night shifts, ensuring proper sanitation and safe food handling. Applicants must be 18+, speak English, and pass background and drug screening; healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English communication and teamwork skills required.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and uniform.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware promptly.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Assist team members and management as needed to operate efficiently.
