HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) at St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, VA is seeking a friendly Dietary Utility Associate to join the hospital’s culinary team.

You will maintain a clean kitchen, sanitize pots and utensils, and support inventory by shelving and organizing delivered food and supplies. This position offers full- and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and night shifts at a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a team.
• Maintain good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed and in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
