HHS is hiring for a hospital dishwasher at Raleigh General Hospital. The position offers hourly pay of 14.50 USD with full-time and part-time options. Shifts include day, evening, and night, based on the facility’s needs.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be eligible to work in the United States. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, stocking deliveries, breaking down boxes, and operating the 3-compartment sink and dish machine.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian).

• Stock and label deliveries, break down boxes.

Job Description

We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team!

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for the hospital cafeteria. Sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner. Support stocking and inventories by shelving and organizing delivered food and items.

Responsibilities

• Wage: $14.50/hour
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day/Evening/Night shifts available

• Location: Raleigh General Hospital
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas
• Monitor and empty trash cans
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Physical Requirements
