Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly in Ashburn, VA. You will maintain organization, assist with stock and cleaning, and support the dining team to ensure quality service.

We offer 18.00–20.00 USD per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $750 for part- and full-time roles. Growth opportunities include moving into prep cook or other culinary positions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
