Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a kitchen utility/ dishwasher to help keep our Ashburn kitchen running smoothly. You will support the team with organization, stocking, and safe handling of food preparation areas.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00-$20.00, a sign-on bonus up to $750 for part- and full-time roles, PTO, benefits, 401k with company match, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas.
• Support stock/utility with inventory, receiving, stocking and tracking.
• Work safely using PPE and designated safety equipment.

How you will make an impact

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

What you will need

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
