Job summary

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living in Short Pump, VA is hiring utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. This full-time role offers benefits, no late nights, on-site parking, and a focus on team safety and quality.

You will help maintain organization and cleanliness, assist with inventory and stocking, and follow safety procedures. Prior kitchen or service experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules. Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation: $15.50/hr - $16.50/hr, based on experience.
