Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds in Ashburn, VA is seeking utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You will help with organization, sanitation, and daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment.

This entry-level role offers competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$20.00) plus a sign-on bonus up to $750, PTO and benefits, and opportunities to grow into prep cook and other culinary roles within the organization. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including PPE.

How You Will Make An Impact
