• Filter and clean deep fryer daily.
• Sanitation & Safety: Follow local health codes.
• Kitchen Support: Stock clean plates and cookware to active kitchen and service stations.
• Maintain deep fryer.
• Equipment Care: Monitor water temperature and chemical levels, reporting any mechanical failures right away.
