Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a dishwasher or by hand.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, and countertops.
• Sweep/mop floors, remove trash, and keep areas organized.
• Assist with basic food preparation and food item assembly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and alert management when low.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures; wear gloves, hairnets, and aprons as required.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Narragansett located in the TF Green Airport is seeking winning personalities!!

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, washing dishes, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is critical to ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and that all guests receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an automatic dishwasher or by hand
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and countertops
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash and recycling, and ensure that all areas are clean and organized
• Assist with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling food items
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing gloves, hairnets, and aprons as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
